Leche De Tigre — Hawaii Island’s Latin gypsy funk band — will perform with opening act Dan Brauer LDTrio in a “musical night of aloha” at the historic Honokaa People’s Theatre from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The concert will feature two sets of danceable, feel-good, original music from 10-piece band Leche De Tigre. The theater is at 43-3574 Mamane St.

Tickets are available in advance for $20 online at LDTband.com and locally from Taro Patch Gifts in Honokaa, Waimea Music Exchange, Little Paradise in Waime, and Kailani Surf Shop in Kailua-Kona. Tickets at the door will be $25.

This is a send-off concert prior to Leche De Tigre’s March 2013 tour of California, which includes dates in Santa Cruz, the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Barbara and Lake Tahoe.
